    Have used this shop multiple times and absolutely love it. Today I went to collect a cake topper I'd ordered and had an issue with it however Lara was fantastic! She was extremely polite and helpful in trying to rectify the issue. Unfortunately the cutting machine couldn't achieve the requested font but she did everything she could to help.
