I would not even grant them one star. I've started the proces of opting out March 2019... finally after countless emails, phone calls I officially opted out 1st October 2019....Today14th April 2020 my funds are STILL with the pension fund. They seem to find it hard to do a straight forward job when it comes to releasing funds! Meanwhile they are receiving interest instead of me who would have put the money in a savings account. Communication and service are in my view inadequate!!
