I've paid my bills by phone for years no problem. I'm totally disgusted with the lack of response on calls no shorter than 10mins minimum up to 38 minutes with no pick up. Worse than Virgin Media and that's no lie. Update. I finally got through 3 days later and settled my bill. The girl on the other end had no communication skills as she went through the process and said after I paid "Is that it then"? Not even a customary thank you!

Easily most useless and woeful customer experience I have had in years. I'm not really one for public shaming, however the online accounts service doesn't work properly and have been on hold for 90 minutes and 30mins consecutively and staff don't seem to know what is going on. Its honestly embarrassing. Sadly water utilities are a regional monopoly, otherwise I would suggest staying clear.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately in Cambridge there’s no other option for water services. They will purposely put you in debt and not let you know. Be very careful. Their system is absolutely trash. I would not recommend to anyone this company. Unprofessional workers. Atrocious waiting time, at least 1h just for someone to answer your call.

Abysmal customer service, constant queues on the line and only available during work time. I've been sent a bill 5 times over what it was last month and I genuinely do not have the time to sit on the phone for an hour whilst at work.
