The doctors are great, can't fault them, however, the attitude you get from reception is unacceptable. I have called on multiple occasions for information I needed and everytime, the receptionists had a ' I couldn't care less' attitude. Disappointing. Unfortunately, I will move doctors as this is not something I want to put up with everytime I am in need of a doctor.
