    We returned to the Cambridge Steiner School from the USA where my four boys had been studying at a Steiner (Waldorf) school for 10 years and loved every day of it. My eldest finished at 18 and is now at UC Berkeley in California, and my second is at Hills Road 6th Form, Cambridge, and wants to study engineering at university . Now it is just my youngest (10 years old) who is at the Cambridge Steiner School , and the year has flown by with a wonderful set of teachers, inspired curriculum (which, as a teacher as well as a parent I have looked into), school field trips, and of course the music, singing, crafts, and two foreign languages Steiner pupils all engage in. All my boys have turned out interested in all the subjects - both sciences and arts, and have grown into happy, mature, well-informed, and caring individuals . The Cambridge Steiner school is still growing so classes are small, parents know each other well and participate in the community life of the school. The Steiner School is situated within cycling distance of Cambridge, and there is a school bus that picks children up at various different sites around the city. Close to the school is the village of Fulbourn and the Fulbourn Nature Reserve. One afternoon every week, the children walk with their teacher to the woods to explore, to play games and to have an outdoor lesson.
