First contacted the company the company and started filling in self survey forms in October and recieved a quote just before christmas. Followed up with some questions regarding the quote the first week of January after trying to calling the contact number on the quote but there was no answer. Still not had a response despite trying to call and sending a chase up email.

Paid full deposit and then stone wall silence for two months. No sign of a fitting date or answer to calls and queries. Starting to wonder if we've lost our deposit. We've just had a baby aswell so chasing them is unecessary stress, we could really do without. We have other tradesman in the house doing other things and they're worried for us! Our only other option is to start legal proceedings if we don't hear anything. It's really worrying.

I appreciate that there have been some issues but they have really changed approach and have been brilliant, and communicative. Now I would not hesitate to recommend them, so give them a call.

Cambridge Solar installed solar panels and a battery system. From first contact to project completion it was a stress free experience with all queries dealt with promptly and professionally. Good communication throughout Installation completed efficiently with no inconvenience. All technicians and tradesmen were polite, tidy and knowledgeable. A Handover meeting on completion was a nice surprise arranged to ensure we were entirely happy with everything and answer any queries. We can thoroughly recommend Cambridge-Solar.

Thank you for all the team for getting our Solar PV system and battery running. Now generating the 6KW in the June sun! There is quite a team from Cambridge Solar involved from designing, site inspections, MPAN applications, scaffolding, installers and electricians. Clearly it is a busy time for the solar industry but great to have the Cambridge Solar team pulling together. Happy with the installation - it was a challenge for the panel installers for the uneven roof and a briliiant neat install from the electricians. Great to be doing our bit for a greener world!

I have contacted Cambridge Solar on the 19th of May asking for a quote. On their website they state that they are a bit busy at the moment but they offer self assessment option to speed things up and promise that they will definitely get in touch.I was sent back some links to self assessment forms. I have spent a lot of time taking photos and providing relevant information to complete both forms as requested. I waited but unfortunately I had no reply. I have followed it up with an email on the 10th of June asking for an update. I had no reply whatsoever not even a quick email explaining the reason for the delay. Waste of time in my opinion.
