The book I ordered was priced very reasonably and despatched promptly but on receipt I found it was damaged inside and though this was not externally visible the book was clearly not as described. Upon contacting Cambridge Rare Books they immediately sent me a replacement of very good quality with no extra charge and without wanting the first book to be returned. I could not have wanted better service. Mistakes can always happen. What matters is how they are responded to.

Contacted Cambridge Rare Books about an old book i had seen elsewhere - the communication was very good as was the price, and speed of delivery. The book was exactly as described - they go into good detail about the condition as they are second hand books so some wear and tear can be expected. Would definitely recommend and use again.
