I never like to leave such negative feedback but my experience with getting a piercing at this establishment was ultimately a waste of money and a risk to my health. About seven months ago I got a naval piercing from the company’s piercer and at first all seemed fine. The piercer was very pleasant and the operation was quick. I washed it with salt water every day for six months, keeping in the original jewellery in. I recently attempted to remove said jewellery and ended up bleeding and fainting upon trying to replace it, despite no fear of blood, needles or anything of the sort. I spoke to a doctor about the incident and upon examining it they informed me that the piercing had gone so deep that it was going beneath the subcutaneous fat and had triggering the vagal nerve, causing the collapse. I am quite a slender person so perhaps this just was not taken into account. I was advised to remove it immediately due to the potential of an infection being so dangerous considering how deep I had been pierced. I’d love to know if there’s some possible method for me to receive a refund as the piercing was performed so incorrectly and posed a threat to my well-being. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be offered.
