I typically don't write reviews but this experience was so poor that I must. I came to see Nathan Holt for Rosacea treatment based on what seemed like good reviews (although the rating is going down since). At the initial consultation I was told that he would do a 'test' of the laser to see how I reacted and was told that this would not be charged. When I then came to reception to book the first proper treatment I was threatened in an aggressive manner by Ruth Holt and told I needed to pay there and then. I tried to explain what I had been assured of but she insisted in, well, not exactly a polite manner. As to the series of treatments: they did nothing. Although Dr Holt said it would take some time, it made absolutely 0 difference accross 3 sessions and cost me over 600 GBP. I later went to a different clinic in Cambridge, got a different treatment, and enjoyed the results I was after. Best wishes, N

Dr Nathan Holt and his team are superstars. I am 47 and receiving lazer treatments for my facial port wine stain birthmark. The results have been excellent. A far cry from the lazer process of 20 years ago and Dr Holt has more knowledge on the subject than any other doctor I've met. His humour and kindness make each appointment a stress free visit. I had a number of spider naevus on my face, so I was looking for a laser clinic to get them removed. After researching, I came upon Dr Nathan Holt’s Clinic and I’m so glad I did. Once meeting Dr Holt I could tell he was very professional and knowledgeable in this field. So I went ahead and had the laser treatment to remove the spider naevus, I’m very happy with the results – they have been completely removed. I recently returned back to Dr Holt to have treatment for a venous lake and this has been removed successfully too. I would definitely recommend Dr Nathan Holt’s clinic.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this laser clinic. I visited Dr. Holt a few months ago for a skin-resurfacing treatment that cost me £4000. Before committing to the treatment, Dr. Holt led me to believe that it would deliver great results. Unfortunately, the treatment barely worked, and even after 8 months, there hasn't been any significant improvement. I still have a lot of acne scarring on my cheeks. When I returned to the clinic to request a partial refund, my request was denied. While I appreciate the effort and hard work put in by Dr. Holt throughout the process, I believe that it is unacceptable to pay such a high price for a treatment that only worked slightly and did not deliver the promised results. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this clinic.
