Excellent afternoon spent at one of Cambridge gun clubs taster sessions, firing .22, 223 and 308 instructors are professional and knowledgeable making an easy job of getting us safe and on target! Lots of advise for beginners or more experienced users, starting with the smaller rifles and then moving up to the 308 which is frankly awesome, loved every second of it,highly recommended

Been clay pigeon shooting before at other grounds which was good but this place full bore rifle experience was next level. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The instructor Mac is absolutely brilliant! Very professional but relaxed instruction and gave some really good tips that instantly improved my shots. He absolutely made the day! I will 100% be going back. Can't recommend this place enough.

Just had a rifle conversion course this afternoon, Mac was our instructor And RSO..legend!. I had had a great time with the other 3 shooters, the knowledge of shooting and saftey and the way Mac goes about his instruction is phenomenal putting everyone at ease but still maintaining the highest level of awareness and saftey for everyone on the range. Thank you to everyone at CGC and Mac for helping me out, cheers bud and look forward to seeing you soon Iain

Fantastic ground that just keeps improving over the years. Just had an absolutely brilliant clay pigeon shooting lesson for my son, with Chris as instructor. Chris sorted us both out in terms of gun fit, eye dominance and target hitting strategies. Thanks Chris!

Went clay shooting with my daughter old driving instructor. I do lots of section 1 shooting. It was nice to go back to where I had started from years earlier. All the staff as always are nice friendly .the one thing that has changed is the full English breakfast. The only thing I have to say about it is OMG .cost £12.50 for the large with a cuppa eyes bigger than belly for me personally, lol. We both had a fantastic day clay shooting, and I think Lee is looking into his section 2 licence . So if your after a nice relaxing day out, clay shooting full of friendly people and great food Cambridge gun club Cottingham is the place to go
