Each program is tailored to the specific needs and developmental stages of the children in that age group. What are your operating hours and do you offer extended care?
Our operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We do offer extended care for an additional fee, which allows parents to drop off their children as early as 7:30am and pick them up as late as 6:30pm.What is the staff to child ratio?
Our staff to child ratio varies depending on the age of the children. For infants, we have a ratio of one staff member for every three children. For toddlers, the ratio is one staff member for every four children. For preschoolers, the ratio is one staff member for every six children. What are your policies on health and safety?
We take the health and safety of the children in our care very seriously. We have strict policies in place for illness prevention, including regular hand washing and sanitizing, and exclusion policies for children who are sick. Our approach to discipline and behavior management is based on positive reinforcement and redirection. We believe in setting clear expectations and boundaries for behavior, and praising and rewarding positive behavior. We do not use physical punishment or negative reinforcement.Reviews

Cambridge Day Nursery has been an amazing first stepping stone for my daughter, she has a fantastic relationship with her key person and is happy to go in every morning which makes going back to work that little bit easier! I love the fact that every aspect is child led and my daughter gets to decide what she wants to do each day and the staff facilitate it even organising trips out of the nursery to follow interests whether it's to the river to see if their cardboard boats float, or a coach trip to London to visit the dinosaurs at The Natural History Museum. The rooms are a home from home and bring nature indoors, and the outdoor space is incredible, and again my daughter gets to decide when she wants to be inside or out throughout the day! Then there is the hidden gem which takes shape as a forest at the bottom of the garden where forest school sessions take place, which can be climbing trees, building dens and even helping cook their own lunch! My daughter loves every aspect of the nursery and so do we, we would recommend Cambridge Day Nursery to anyone!
