'The Best' service from start to finish I regularly hire vans to take a RAF display around the country, I have used another hire firm in Cambridge for the last 2 years, my contact left and they were no longer willing to offer me the same rate, despite 12 perfect hires. I emailed/phoned around and CCVR were the only company that were instantly friendly and interested in me as a person, ( not just money ) they cared about my business and were unfaultable with their help ! They could not have done more! The van was exceptional, the hire charge amazing and booking/pick up/drop off just so easy and quick. Dont bother wasting time with all the others, just go straight to CCVR !

They deserve less than 1 star Terrible service and we are so much unhappy with what had happened We called them letting them know that we might be late for ten minutes max because of a heavy traffic jam on the way and the reply was that we close at 4 We told the lady we are flying out of UK tonight and we will do our best to come before 4 and her reply was so cold saying that we close at 4 She made me so mad as I am telling her we are leaving the country I told her give us plan B and she keep saying that we close at 4!!!!! We made it at 3:58 and we were unloading the car and she came out saying hurry up we close in two minutes I’ve never seen such a terrible treatment before
