    I've spent over £300 on plants and £20 on postage on the 25th of March. I have, to date, received only 2 of the plants from my order. Very poor communication, unbothered attitude and poor tracking information. I've chased multiple times and it's been over three weeks of time-wasting. Their mobile number doesn't work either. I have no idea what the tracking information is for the bulk of my order (the other two plants had different tracking numbers so the entire order is marked as delivered on their site). So I have no idea what day the plants will arrive and if I'll be home. It's extremely poor service for a substantial delivery and I wouldn't recommend them. 1st update: I emailed again asking for tracking and they're continuing to ignore me. I've now asked for a refund for the missing plants (valued at £250) or I'll have to involve Citizens Advice.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ARROGANT THIEVES! 2nd update: Only now I've left a critical review have I received some sort of apology. I still haven't received my plants and they will not issue my refund telling me my plants will arrive tomorrow. This is the third time I've been told this. They said they posted my remaining order on the 4th of April. I do not want a delivery of dead, dry tropical plants that have been languishing in transit. I told them to issue my refund on 4th of April, and again yesterday and again today. 3rd update: They will not refund me, and have told me to send the plants back at my own expense to receive a refund which is contrary to my consumer rights. They assured me the plants would arrive today but would not provide tracking information. I've cancelled my plans and stayed home all day and nothing has arrived, and I've emailed again to ask for the tracking information

    I went into this shop for the first and last time today. Hardly anything was priced and the poor young woman managing the shop had to keep phoning the owner to ask. I waited ages, the owner didn't pick up and I was refused a phone call, to let me know the price later. Unhelpful, in the extreme, and, needless to say, I won’t be coming back!

    i ordered two 9cm pots of lithops stone plants as advertised on the Cambridge Bee website via Amazon. I received 2 tiny 5cm pots of random succulents net worth prob £1.50 - I spent about £14 inc packaging. Seller told me if i wasn't happy with the product to send it back for a refund which I have now done and received a full refund - no apology and no effort to make it right. Waste of time and dishonest trading

    We use Cambridge Bee as our office plants provider and they are amazing. They replaced all our dead plants our previous supplier neglected about a year ago and the plants they brought are just beautiful. They are making sure they keep them alive as well. They were so good and friendly, we decided to order our Christmas trees from them this year as well, as these are just amazing as the plants they provided before.
