They have give no duty of care for my 4 year old child, was given a repeat prescription for her not being able to pass food properly through her body. Currently having stomach pains and diarrhoea. I rang up to get another prescription to be told that the doctor hadn't set it and we would have to wait for an appointment the following week by then she would of ran out of her prescription which means we would have to start the whole process again. Receptionist was very rude and not helpful in the slightest we have tried to call again today to be on gold for 1 hour and 30 minutes at point we just hung up. Joke of a practise

Can't get to see a doctor, telephone doctor complete waste of time, when I did eventually get to see a doctor after FIVE months I was told to get to the hospital, when I got there I was rushed to the heart ward. Two weeks later I had a pacemaker fitted and am on medication for the rest of my life. I was told by the consultant that I was very lucky and could have keeled over at any time (his words), must say once I was in hospital, Scunthorpe and Grimsby, they were amazing!

During lockdown, my care was 5 star rated. However, I do understand that staffing isn't perfect, but since lockdown has finished, and their expansion, I think the caring family touch, has completely disappeared. Tomorrow the receptionist can see some free appointments, but she can't give them out, until tomorrow, when by 8.01 am they'll have all disappeared. Personally I've only given 2 stars due to the exceptional treatment we used to get. Now you're lucky to get an appointment for next month. Such a shame, as it used to be a wonderful practice, with Dr's that knew you, now there is no continuity of care. Dr Rachel i can't fault ,however she's on maternity leave. Since then it's a string of different Dr's, that rush you during a phone consultation. Poor, is the only rating I can give it now, however should it improve I will amend my review. Also, if your ringing and press 2 for results, you speak to the same person, as you do if you press 3 for enquiries, as the receptionist told me, last time to hang up, press 2, then told me ,when I said I've just spoken to you , that she answered both lines 😳 I kid you not 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
