Cambridge Accident Repair Centre, Fareham - what an awful place with appalling customer service! The receptionists give the impression that the customer is unwelcome and are bordering being rude. The repair to the accident damage was not done correctly in the first place with scratches still visible, so my car had to be returned to the workshop to address it. To make matters even worse, I was shocked to see further damage to my otherwise immaculate car with an 18 - 24 inch scratch on the driver's door which needed a whole door respray to fix! I won’t go into detail as to the dirty, grubby finger marks on the interior. I left with no guarantee of either repair work but was reluctantly promised an email confirming a five year warranty by Rich, the Manager, which only materialised after chasing but was then changed to three years! I am disgusted that my car was returned in a worse condition that it went in and I can only echo the negative reviews and strongly recommend you avoid this company! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place designed by my insurance company after an accident. The dent and body damage were fixed absolutely fine. But the standard of paintwork is shockingly bad. I took my car back twice to have them re-paint the same area and they said they’d fix it but the paint now has a grainy/rough texture to it and some interior fittings were damaged in the process. Definitely don’t recommend Service: Body & Trim
