We booked a taxi while away on holiday very responsive while making the booking including confirmed a late change of timing However at the time to collect us from Heathrow the taxi was nowhere to be seen. After getting a black cab to make the 19 mile journey the driver contacted me an hour into My journey to ask when I would be able for collection !!!!

Worst experience - rude, unprofessional and just terrible. I booked an early taxi ride, called to see if I could change it to be slightly earlier the man did not even bother to check and just acted as that would be too much effort to do so I then complained and asked him to just check and try for me he said he couldn’t. Seeing that there was no other company open at that early I called back and said it was fine for the 6 o’clock. At 6 am nobody showed up I called him and he had the nerve to say that the price would be more expensive than originally planned And that he would not take off unless agreed upon to pay £10 more. Outraged I argued however realising if I did not agree I would miss my train I agreed. When he got here he had the nerve to complain to me about how early it was as well as how to how it was not his fault that no one showed up at 6 am. He was rude the entire time, made me pay extra, Was extremely unhelpful and lazy over the phone on unwilling to try and find my original booking and to see if you could come earlier let alone actually turn up. Disgusting and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed and will never use this service again.
