We had an appointment for 9 o'clock, to correct Birth certificate (£90!) . Only two ladies in the office, chatting with eachother, without noticing us, when we enter and say our hello's, no answer back! How rude! Very bad customer service. Staff should be trained, how to properly treat people. What a shame.
