Walkability: ca. 15 min in die City, besser geht es nicht und immer schön am Wasser lang, es lohnt sich. Food & drinks: Tee und kleinigkeiten wie kekse und Schokolade sowie Obst und Getränke im Kleinen Kühlschrank waren Kostenlos verfügbar. Danke dafür. Noteworthy details: Immer wieder gerne.     Great spot to walk to and from City centre via road or river path. Parking outside on street. Cosy double room, with shower, kettle,mini fridge- filled with a few handy essentials. Central heated, can get quite warm, but have thermostats, so you can turn down main room. Plenty sockets with handy USB plugs built in. A lovely clean and well presented room. We enjoyed our few days exploring. Thank you Ashley for your helpful information guide and making us feel so welcome.

    Very friendly host. Nice room with fruit and a mini fridge with water, coke, orange juice and milk sachets. A plate with biscuits and croissants and butter and jam. Nice touch as it doesn't do a breakfast but you can have something in your room. I forgot, there was yogurts too. Nice clean room and nice and warm. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre if that. Would stay again if in the area .

    Great place to stay. Free parking in the road easy taxi ride to City or about a 20 minute walk. Room was fantastic with a great bathroom. Free water,pop and snacks in room. All you need to have a great stay. Host was fantastic.

    Beautiful room with en suite bathroom. The decor and furnishings are lovely! There was food and drink including croissants, jam, butter etc, bottles of water, orange juice and yoghurts which was a lovely touch! The host was lovely and friendly and made us feel welcome! Only a short taxi ride into the city. Will definitely stay here again when next in York!
