    Really enjoyed Cam's meditation course. It's far from the stereotypical view of meditation! No hippy clothes or sitting cross legged on the floor! It's a nice confortable space. Cam is an awesome teacher addressing both the theory and practice of meditation, making the course informative as well as good fun. Cam also provides support and additional meditation sessions etc after you've attended the course. Cam came highly recommended to me and I also highly recommend him. Thanks Cam :)

    I had such a positive enjoyable experience at Cam's Vedic meditation 3 day course and I am so grateful that I found out about Cam's courses at a time when I was really struggling to cope with the challenges that life was presenting me with. I had done a course of a similar style of meditation (TM) 10 years or so ago and had found it very helpful but had gradually abandoned it as there were so many rigid rules around it and I struggled to fit it into my lifestyle doing it the way I was told it had to be done. I had experimented with many different styles since then but this style was what worked best for me so when I found out about Cam's courses I decided to give it another go. I struggled to do the first session at the times allocated because of my shift work and Cam went out of his way to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The Vedic meditation Cam teaches is far more informal than the TM practice I was previously taught. The structure of the meditation itself is pretty much the same but without all the rigid rules around it. Cam was a fabulous teacher - very relaxed, informal and easy to relate to - and he gave us so much useful information about what meditation is and how it helps us, from both the western and eastern perspectives. I loved the meditations over the weekend in the group setting as I always find group meditations so powerful. Since the course, I have regularly meditated twice a day - although 10 mins rather than 20 on a couple of days, which is totally ok - and the meditation isn't a chore, as it used to be. I have also joined in with all the meditations via Zoom that Cam offers. I actually look forward to my meditation sessions and I now prioritise them as I know that they will help me enormously with the sometimes difficult business of life itself. For me, the spiritual aspect of meditation is equally important and I am confident that this practice will be of great benefit in that respect too. Thanks, Cam!
