Had a parcel to collect but could not collect myself.So rang the store to ask if it ok if my neice comes to collect the gentleman on the phone was really very helpful and kind twice spoke to him both times excellent communication and even my neice said same when collecting item the man over the till was really nice...sorry i didn't get your name just want to say thank you for being an excellent staff xx
