    I was looking for a bra for my wedding, I have a VERY small size. Initially, I looked for it elsewhere and I left each place feeling very uncomfortable, because the sales assistants were dismissive (to say the least) or because the brands didn’t make bras in my size. So I went in this shop with 0 hope, but to my surprise, my size was there. I asked the shop assistant to help me with it and she was so kind, gentle, and helpful. She started by measuring me, and I am glad she did because I am a cup size up than what they told me in the other shops, then she checked on me and noticed that I could get even a better fit by doing this and that. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I really love that bra, how it fits and looks like the absolute best choice for my size. The fact that the lady helped me to find something that suits me, something that elsewhere I was told doesn’t exist, it helped me finding a bra but most importantly it made me feel good about my body. Petite people often struggle to find nice lingerie. I don’t think she noticed that there was more going on in my head than a simple sale, because for them being great with EVERY customer is probably the norm, this shop has excellent quality both in terms of products and customer care. I think from now on I will always buy my bras from them :)

    Very good material, very nice designs but a bit on the expensive side really. The 3 pack briefs I wanted was £60. That's nearly twice my weekly food shopping. Come on guys. You have been around for a while and not as popular as you used to be. Time to drop your prices a little.

    I bought a lovely product on the Calvin Klein official online store and collected the product from the Chelsea store, but this was a mixed experience for me. The location of the store is convenient for me because it is a short walk from Sloane Square station. There is a good selection of things at the Chelsea store and I saw a lot of things that I liked. I also liked the atmosphere in the store and I liked the appearance of the store. But Calvin klein told me that they would send me an email when the product I ordered is ready for collection, but Calvin klein did not email me. Also, when I rang the store and politely asked if my order was ready for collection, the Chelsea store employee responded to me in an unprofessional manner. Yes, my experience was mixed.

    I went there looking for boxers. I was treated very badly. The lady who was working there didn’t offer any help she gave me a very nasty look and continued to mop the floor as it was raining. I wouldn’t recommend very bad service.
