My family of four visited yesterday to do an outdoor activity package. Our instructor Danielle took us on the king swing then delivered an archery session. She was fantastic and we had an excellent time. We definitely want to return and do more of the brilliant activities on offer. Thank you!

Sky den: Not fit for purpose- cannot open the roof or doors due to level of midgeys. They know this is a issue as they sell spray but because check in is not until 5pm you must first endure a night of hell. All because they would rather capitalise on it then provide good service. Part of shower head on the bathroom floor on arrival, broken. Space to shower between toilet is aprox 1-2 foot . Fridge is a mini fridge so cannot fit much food in it as it is a beer fridge size. So don’t bother taking bbq stuff for the nice bbq area they mentioned! And there are no utensils for bbqs! Telescope is a broken Amazon basics one which does not work. Even have to put your own bedding and duvet cases on. Customer service is practically non existent we complained verbally the first morning, then in writing before we left. No contact from anyone until almost a month after our trip! Their response just tried to justify all their short comings and also was not truthful saying my husband told them he did not use their bug spray after buying it. Their response was only gained after the booking company chasing them multiple times. I would not pay half the price for this let alone the money we did. Go down the road to waterside instead as it looked much nicer!

Lovely friendly place. Its Fantastic, it caters for everyone of all abilities and disabilities. Make sure you pre-book all activities before arrival. This is advised on all booking sites. Not all activities are available all the time. All the chalets are equipped for disabled people which is amazing. My family didn't need these facilities but they didn't effect our stay. It's wonderful to see that everything is accessible to be inclusive of everyone. Definitely visiting again. The chalets are not luxury, it's an activity outdoor adventure facility with practical chalets. Lots of storage for outdoor equipment. Every chalet have their own parking spaces for 2 cars, private balcony and BBQ space. I would say, go, try it, have an adventure and enjoy every moment....we did πŸ‘πŸ§—πŸš£β€β™€οΈβ›΅πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ

Fabulous retreat. Quiet and scenic spot right next to Kielder water. Zip Coaster and Giant Swing well worth the fear factor. Friendly inclusive environment for all.
