    I would give 0 stars if possible Told it was 24 hours but if you ask to get the van outside of 8-5pm you are made to feel awful. The guy who has the keys is so rude. Took the van back at 6.30pm on a Sunday (over 72 hrs notice) were told 'just this once'. Felt like we had no time to unpack, were throwing our stuff out into the carpark under pressure. Horrible experience. Have been trying to get in contact to cancel for over a week- despite daily promises they don't call us back. Cannot recommend.
