Clear water. Easy access. The ice-cream van is a plus. The proximity to the power station is a negative for me. Quite magical to view the big ships looming out of the mist and within touching distance! Uninterrupted panorama.

Lovely shingle Beach overlooking the solent towards the IOW. Peaceful, quiet and not busy when we walked the dog. Parking 🅿️ but quite expensive.
