i bought my vauxhall corsa from this dealership on dec 2022, while i absolutely adore my vehicle, unfortunately im very displeased with the service, the corsa started leaking diesel weeks after buying it and it cost me over £500 to get the fuel pump replaced (surprise surprise warranty didn’t cover it). i’ve been waiting for months for a new v5c logbook and still nothing, in fact i got a logbook for a grey ford and my last name was spelled incorrectly and sent to my parents’ address lmaooo but luckily DVLA updated their records and now i’ve applied for a logbook myself. did text connor multiple times to call me about this but he never did once call or text me back despite promising to look into this for me. connor and his dad were very friendly but i’m overall really p*ssed off with the service. i don’t recommend them at all. i’m disgusted. EDIT: also thought I’d say that the front brakes were severely corroded thanks to a mechanic inspection and had to spend another £305 to get them replaced, massive shame on you for endangering lives on the road. Had I continued driving with the corroded brakes then I definitely wouldn’t be here to write this review. Guys and ladies, please buy your future vehicles elsewhere. I’m pretty sure the most recent MOT pass was a result of a bribe. again, shame on you lot

I purchased a car from Cal in April. The window was not working and the handbreak was a little loose. We agreed the sale providing Cal would order parts and fix at a later date. Cal was true to his word, fixed the car a couple of weeks later and even dropped it off. Thanks Cal, very good service!
