Premises & Phone number is a Scout hut/Activity centre, no answer on the phone, mentions nothing about Calor gas, says they're open 10-8 here, so go visit and locked up with only same unanswered phone number for contact!

Absoloute joke, tell blatant lies on the phone then hang up when you challenge the lies. Totally unprofessional and think they can do what they like. Send you to suppliers stating they have delivered etc when they know they haven't. Edit since reply. This has nothing to do with the fact you couldn't supply, this is to do with your unprofessional staff throwing tantrums like 2 year olds down the phone because I asked why they were giving incorrect information and causing other people problems. The minute I challenged what was said it was like I entered a school playground. So please do not make out this is just to do with supply.
