After Living here now for two years , it's been a huge mistake. Monthly service charge have had huge increase year on year, hot water that is off and takes days to get back , water that goes off and you have to convince the service team that it is off, and just endless build which are increased all the time. Its been awful. Wish I didn't buy here.
