These guys did a really excellent job fixing up some fairly unconventional and high quality shoes which I thought were goners. Replaced a destroyed crepe sole with more durable (but just as aesthetically pleasing) rubber, and redid the outsoles so they’re now less liable to damage than they were when I bought them. Highest recommendation, I’ll be back. Thank you!

Callis advertise a 24/7 emergency locksmith, and my landlords had identified them as the locksmith to call in case of emergency. I was locked in my flat mid-morning on a Sunday, so out-of-hours but hardly the dead of night. I was then told that they wouldn't come out as they had nobody available. In and of itself this is understandable, but when you are offering an *emergency* service, I would at least expect some sympathy and some direction as to where else I could try. Instead I was spoken to as if I was stupid for expecting them to be able to fulfil the service they advertised.
