Dreadful experience. Charged us for damage that we did not think we caused; took out of our deposit with absolutely no proof or evidence of cost of repair. Several emails to the company went unanswered. Very rude and arrogant in our opinion. This was several years ago now, but still a bad memory. Would never deal with company again.
