I called him about my brakes making a noise. He visited later the same day, checked everything, cleaned them up and confirmed all was OK. Very reassuring and a very reasonable call out fee for his time. Such a friendly guy too. He could have told me I needed new pads/discs or whatever and I wouldnt have known any better.
