Our request, which wasn’t much, was for a taxi to be on time. We didn’t get that, but that happens. The issue arose when we simply enquired with Archie as to where our taxi was. In the hour of delay Archie managed to communicate to us a level of unprofessional attitude and rudeness that is, frankly, impossible to describe even with the complexity of the English language. To tell you to avoid this company would be an understatement, and Archie, who we believe to be management/ownership, is a despicable example of someone in a management position. “Our fault and not his” was his exact words.
