This was my first time booking with Caledonian and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I chose my destination thoroughly and once decided, went ahead making the booking. It was so easy to do and being able to chose your own seats at no extra cost, unlike many airlines, was a bonus. The emails for the booking came through almost immediately.

Crown mitre hotel carlisle only complaint was the food. Trips out wasn't impressed. Spent 2 hrs on the coach to go to catch a steam train which ended up being the local train to carlisle from where we started from, was a disaster all in all waste of money.

We have just returned from a midweek break to Blackpool. It was a good deal with dinner,bed, and breakfast, but the Norbreck Castle Hotel was terrible. The coach was prompt at pick-up and drop-off, but there was a lack of information regarding the times and no rep to ask so that was a shame. Richard drove us to Blackpool and was lovely and helpful and his whistling kept us all entertained. Dean drove us back and was hilarious with his anecdotal safety briefing although his taste in music left a lot to be desired 😂 We had an absolutely brilliant time in Blackpool and can't wait to go back just not to stay at the Norbreck.
