    Absolutely Brilliant from the minute I called...Got there faster than I expected and saved the day after my lock on my front door broke and left me locked out...The guy done magic, it wasn't an easy open as its was the pvc door mechanism that broke and its hard to get at from the outside ,well done pal 👏..     Avoid this company at all costs, They were contacted to quote for a door lock barrel and keys for a close door and decided to change it without authorisation the part replaced costs £6.50 on amazon and keys I can get cut for £2.00 each, the bill we have received is for £270 and they are trying to charge for the lock/latch which was not replaced at all, so not only a ridiculously extortionate price but also a fraudulent claim that they replaced parts when they didn't. This was done through a factor and will not be paid at all. It seems you cant trust anyone these days to do a job without trying to rip off the customer. I will also be contacting trading standards about this company and their fraudulent practises.
