Two years I been trying to get dumped goods moved by the council they say it's private land so no it's not getting touched. But if the council don't see to it even to investigate then shows why this Halifax is suicide hub of the UK. Anyone knows the north bridge is fenced to prevent jumpers just Google it. It really is the most scruffy town I've ever lived rubbish everywhere and the staff are so lazy but I pay 91 pound a month council tax for a disgusting service
