Perhaps not the best service. I did expect more with regards to customer services. Some emails were replied to, but others were not. It did take a while to get the book up and running due to holidays, although there should have been others who could have taken on the workload. The only person who I found helpful was Saskia in production, but again I had to chase and chase to get my book done. But the finish product was very good. The cover was designed perfectly and the help from Saskia was good. Not entirely happy or satisfied with NGP when all I want is to get my book out there. I cannot see myself using them again.
