Totally disgusted! The cafe is excellent however and the lady serving there is spot on both in her attitude and service, but I found it very upsetting when I heard an elderly lady asking to be taken to the loo and she was told to do it in her pad, it is so degrading, and she hadn't got a pad on. I found elderly patients being talked down too. Not a good attitude.

My sister has been using Halifax Hospital for 30 years when having an MS relapse the treatment is usually looked up from past notes and treatment begins. First fluids then intravenous steroids over a 3 day period with a wait between each 1000mil bag. Nasal feeding tube inserted 24/48 of admission. 4 days up and about going home with a feeding tube for a few months all done every one happy until next time. This time admitted on a Tuesday receiving a nasal feed Saturday morning of only 480 calories in 4 DAYS. This is no reflection on the nurses or Ward Dr,s but a damming complaint about a consultant Neurologist who picked up the initial Email for advice did not leave clear instructions and then went on holiday leaving her to leave hospital on the Monday with No treatment at all for the MS relapse what a joke.

My experience of the CAMHS service run by CHFT was marred by them enabling the illegal abduction of my partners children. It would appear their attachment specialist believes that being taken away from nearly everything and everyone you know in a shocking and traumatic way will help children with 'attachment issues'. Thanks for that 👏👏👏

My first Covid vaccination was handled extremely well. I felt totally reassured. Received a text message for my second vaccination with a link. The link doesn't work ,rang the hospital and was told to keep trying and its not a hoax. The link is still invalid this morning. I do want the second dose and am now worried the hospital will think I don't. I didnt want to phone again as they are so busy but the email I tried to send was marked forbidden. Please can someone advise me.
