Taken my cat here for the first time. Vet didn’t know what was wrong (fair enough) Charged for an eye dye test that was carried out during the consultation. At no point was I informed this test incurred a further fee, let alone how much. I should have been told and asked if I wanted to go ahead. Other vet practices previously have explained costs and reasons before just going ahead. Just be upfront about treatment costs before carrying them out Won’t be going back.

The staff are all so helpful and friendly and take time to explain things. They always greet my pup by name and do their best to make him feel like visiting the vets is a positive experience.
