Absolute joke of a vets practice not only do we think they did more harm than good, to are beloved dog but then sent a card of Condolences on the same day as the bill demanding money. we filled all the insurance documents out the day our dog had to go to be hospitalised so I knew my dog was covered by the insurance who pay direct to the vets but oh no we have to pay the bill now and get it back from the insurance they said are insurance won’t pay them direct so we called are insurance and they said there was no problem in paying them direct how odd! then when we went to collect our dogs Asher’s up at a cost of just short of £400 they within five minutes of getting home called us for the remaining balance they are the most uncaring vets that our pet unfortunately ended up with i would not recommend this vet to your worst enemy if you love you pet stay clear of this company absolutely disgusting.

They staff are really helpful, they will help with costs, if you can get meds cheaper they will tell you. I don’t have insurance as this was stupid price, so a vet that isn’t focused on more money, is a breath of fresh air.
