Our 2 cats have been here a couple of times for vaccinations and spaying after we adopted them from Huddersfield Ferals and strays. The service has been great. Every staff member we have dealt with - receptionists, nurses and vets has been lovely and welcoming. Only small downside is that car park is tiny but plenty of on street parking nearby.

Everything what this clinic cares for is money making. They do not care about pets welfare. The receptionist (the one with glasses on) at Brighouse branch is not polite and mean. They will try to convince you to sign up for the plan to pay- really- for nothing. No vets checks, no nail clipping, you pay for tablets which you can get so much cheaper online. I am taking my dogs from their care to sign them up with another clinic. Disgraceful service.

This veterinary practice provides excellent service and staff are always helpful and polite. We had to have our family dog euthanized and the team delt with this with the utmost care, compassion and consideration. Extremely pleased with their practice. *Edit, I just recieved a condolence card from them too. So thoughtful.
