Fantastic shop with friendly staff who make you feel valued and welcome. These people really understand how, to some of us, customer service is still a valuable attribute. I’m always made to feel welcome here, there friendly advice on hand and I feel accepted for my individuality/ neurodiversity. The store is a real ‘treasure trove’ of art and craft supplies, it’s prices are great, it might not be as cheap as online or the big brands but I’m happy to pay a little extra to get some advice, to feel valued and to support an independent retailer. I travel a 25 mile round trip just to visit this store, pay £5 in parking and I still think the experience, selection and service makes up for this. I’ll sing their praises to anyone and everyone and I do, just wanted to make my feelings publicly known.
