I have been using calculated accountants for a number of years. What I particularly like is they do not charge me for every call like my previous accountant. I have found them to be great value for money, but more importantly, Calculated have significantly reduced my Tax obligations.

I used this firm between 2019 and 2021 for my business, despite paying above market rate. I found the communication to be severely lacking, for example over the use and charges relating to Xero accounting software. At the end of the business relationship, they refused to hand over subscriber access to my own company information without paying a hefty bill of disputed charges. I do not feel they provided good value for money over this time, I would certainly not recommend them.

They do the basic work expected, but they are not good value for money. I wouldn't recommend them. They will charge for any additional service, so do not expect them to do anything above normal without dipping into your pocket.
