Too hard to make an appointment or contact the surgery with very limited hours to make contact. Not possible to leave a message in any form and too long to wait to make an appointment. My doctor is good but the practice organisation is antiquated and needs to review what it is like to be a patient trying to make contact.

The reception service and call mngt system needs to be looked at. Especially as there are secretaries as well as a front desk. Calls should be answered. I've literally got to caller no 1 and the line disconnected. Called back multiple times to all the numbers available and been on hold for 1hr and 30mins. Surely the phones can be answered? This does not reflect on the GPs who have been excellent

Don't know why all the bad reviews are on here after changing from Carrington house surgery in high Wycombe and having an awful service and years of bad treatment I decided to change to this surgery . After having two appointments a few days after calling and being called back promptly every time and a super response time and being seen promptly and the doctors even calling me at 8pm and seeing me after hours I am very impressed with this surgery. Very efficient and fast response times easy to book appointments, what more could you ask for!

An exceptional medical centre, putting patients first. Have been a patient here, alongside my entire family, for over 30 years. The nurses, doctors and support staff should all be commended - especially during covid times - but overall. We feel fully supported as patients, be it in person, over the phone and even on email for follow up notes.
