With their first attempt none of us here could tell anything different with before and after photos...they agreed to come back, said they did it again and still no difference except a big rip in the side of the awning that was no where near that size before. They didn't seem interested in our dissatisfaction. Not good value for money in my opinion as we did not have horrible mould or anything untoward on the awning, simple road/traffic dirt of about 5 months, should have easily made a difference with two cleans but made none unfortunately.
