    So happy with our beautiful new home, from the first day we visited we knew this was where we wanted our fanily to be. Great environment for children and easy for our commute to the city. The buying process was very positive, the sales team supported us the whole way through. Everyone we've dealt with has been helpful and professional. Kyle has been a star looking after us since we moved in. We love our home. Highly recommend.

    Several defects with purchased property I would not mind if they were remedied in a timely manner. Some are months out of date! Extremely inflexible with when they can attend to remedy two days out of each month offered. Oh and do ensure you thoroughly review your property at hand over as they will accuse you of breaking things that were broke/defective due to their poor workmanship. 5 star service they say laughable. Extremely disappointed!

    Very unpleasant experience with the sales, which was full of miscommunications, mistakes. They failed to provide correct information of the house that we reserved (we picked one from three houses which are of the same type with same asking price, however it turned out that they are of different types with different back garden width); they failed to provide floor plan at information giving meeting (we later found out the updated floor plan online and tried to confirm with them but got no response); also failed to inform us about layout options that we are supposed to have (when we asked about it, they just said with smile that oh it’s too late now… without acknowledging that it’s their responsibility to inform us about it) Given all above, they never acknowledge the mistakes rather point fingers back to us. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible attitudes. To be fair, 1 star is just for the purchasing experience, which has been quite frustrating. Yet to find out about the build quality, etc.
