A quick Facebook chat with Carol who took the time to show me what I was doing wrong (completely my fault) and I now love it and wouldn't be without it. Customer service was brilliant, so much so I have now signed up to her membership. The Wedding Cake Lounge membership is amazing value for money, so many tutorials and guest speakers and Carol is so kind and patient in explaining things and offering advice. Would highly recommend both product and services.
