The cake did not look like the picture, and also the cream on the cake was melting, very disappointed at the Quality of the cake. I have used this cakebox plenty of times before, never had any issues, the lady that works there knew the cake wasn't right, but didn't do anything about it.

The lady spelt name wrong, then to correct it made a mess off it. Had to take it as it was for a birthday but i dont think i would go back to this branch.. the new lady there has poor customer service skills, second time iv had issues with my order
