If I am able to give them less than one star I will do , the staff got very dirty long nails ,not wearing disposable gloves, using the fruit with out washing them and place it straight to the cake ,the staff holding them personal mobiles and chatting , one from the staff looks to me she had fervour or flu and she kept wiping her noise by her hand ,they need to realise that the principle of the food service built on clean basics .The staff must have clean clothes ,nails ,wearing disposable gloves , hats and they must not using personal things to prevent spreading any infections.

Surprisingly not bad quality. I picked up a £50+ cake for a birthday and asked for wording to be added which they did and had ready for the agreed time to pick up

Cake arrived 20 min late and they didn’t send the candles. After charging £13 just for delivery, I was at least expecting to get all the items. Have to wait 3 days for a refund now and going out in the middle of the party to buy candles.

I purchased a large cake for a joint Birthday, I asked if I could have some extra individual boxes in order to allow the leftover cake to be shared. The Manageress of the store said I could not have any of the boxes for my cake. I then offered to buy four small extra boxes to which I was told it was against company policy. I questioned this as I had previously been given extra boxes from a Buckinghamshire Cake Box branch. The Manageress continued to be unhelpful and proceeded to put the cake in a carrier bag that was not big enough. My request to purchase candles was also unsuccessful as they had run out. This is not good enough and I will not be returning to this Leeds Cake Box shop.
