Excellent location just feet from the River Ouse and yards from York Railway Station and Museum Gardens. Room was spotless and owner (Rob) went out of his way to be helpful. Would withoit doubt stay again.

Great location, the owner is very friendly and helpful, always available to recommend places to go. Room was nice and clean, great stay and only a small walk along the river to york centre. Parking available at £5 per day if you ring in advance aswel.

Been before and come back again 5 years later still a lovely and clean place to stay feel very comfortable and relaxing bed was so comfortable had a good night's sleep Rob and Paula was so very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them would definitely recommend you stay here

Lovely little guest house in a perfect location next to the river with a short walk to both the station and city centre. The rooms were cosy and spotless and our hosts always had a smile and were really welcoming. No breakfasts due to covid restrictions but well thought out alternatives available if we chose to bring in our own food and drink. Many thanks Rob and Paula, we would stay again and not hesitate to recommend.
