Hayley made our tiered wedding cake and as always it was absolutely perfect and one of the highlights of our day. It survived a journey to Cornwall and even after several days was still perfectly edible as Hayley timed baking it to keep it as fresh as possible, typical of the thought and consideration she always puts into her work. She also supplied full instructions for assembly. Hayley is a consummate professional. She's supplied various cakes to me over the years and they've always been consistently gorgeous, both in taste and design at a really affordable price.
