The reader I saw here was excellent, 5 stars for her (Mercedes). This review is for the service I received from the SAGB overall (excluding the reading) I booked a 30 minute reading along with my friend in late November 2022 for £40. She booked a 1 hour reading for £80. Our readings started from 12 on a Sunday, when the SAGB opened. We both got there bang on time and the doors weren't quite open yet. On checking our phones it was now 12 so I gently tapped on the see through glass window to alert someone. A stroppy friend of the receptionist opened the door and said 'there is a buzzer you know!'. I said nothing and just walked in. How rude I thought. Nasty man. My reading was first and so after signing in, I went to make my way upstairs but didn't knwo what floor the readign was on, I asked the receptionist, but he was too busy talking to other people that had just walked in, I repeated my question and he didn't answer. So I asked my friend where to go and she said upstairs. So I went upstairs to the first floor. I could hear voices in the room so I knew I must have been in the right place (and ont he right floor). I sat for nearly 10 minutes before the moody receptionsit came up the stairs and from afar told me 'I told you it was on the second floor!' I politely replied, and said I didn't know what floor it was on. I walked to the second floor and found the reader (Mercedes). I informed her what happened and that I didn't want to miss my time as it wasn't my fault. The reading was very good with her, as it always is (I had a reading in 2021 with her). To cut to the chase, my friend also had her reading after me and was short changed by 30 minutes as my friend later told me the reader was in a hurry to end the reading. I thought it was something else, as my friend had been through a traumatic event at the time, so didn't know if the reading had been too much for her, but this wasn't the case and so only found this out recently that it wasn't her that rushed the reading, rather the reader. I thought this was bad - all because of the miserable receptionist guy and he couldn't be btohered to inform me what floor my reading was on as he was too busy talking to others, instead of giving me a service. My friend was never given her money back for only 30 minutes reading, which would have been a £40 refund. I had emailed the SAGB a number of times each month after my reading to pass on my gratitude and thanks for the reading, but the receptionist guy, who I know mans the emails, did not respond. I suspect he still has the hump and to me is very unprofessional, so I won't return to the SAGB ever again or recommend them as he is always there. Reading = 5 stars SAGB customer service = 0

I have been visiting the SAGB off and on for a number of months and leave each time with a smile. The gentleman on reception is so polite, friendly, and informative. The Mediums I have seen have given me such comfort and peace of mind. Its a really good place to go and I would highly recommend it.

I wasted £40 on a 30 minute phone 'reading' by a female 'medium' at the SAGB. Completely disappointed as she got absolutely everything wrong. I think we were both glad to reach the end of the session as it was such an uncomfortable experience.
